Δίωξη για πέμπτη δολοφονία μωρού ασκήθηκε σε βάρος της Ειρήνης Μουρτζούκου

Αντιμέτωπη με ακόμη μία κατηγορία για τον θάνατο μωρού είναι η 25χρονη Ειρήνη Μουρτζούκου , προσωρινά κρατούμενη για τέσσερις δολοφονίες.

 

Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες η Εισαγγελία Αμαλιάδας άσκησε σε βάρος της 25χρονης ποινική δίωξη για το αδίκημα της ανθρωποκτονίας με πρόθεση που αφορά την δολοφονία του μικρού Παναγιωτάκη τον Αύγουστο του 2024. Η δίωξη πλην άλλων στοιχείων φαίνεται να βασίζεται κυρίως, στα ιατροδικαστικά δεδομένα που παρέδωσε στην Δικαιοσύνη η Τριμελής Επιτροπή Ιατροδικαστών μετά την επανεξέταση ευρημάτων, τα οποία παραπέμπουν σε θάνατο του παιδιού μέσω ασφυκτικού μηχανισμού.

 

Η 25χρονη έχει ομολογήσει την δολοφονία των δύο δικών της βρεφών, του βρέφους φίλης της, καθώς και την δολοφονία της ανήλικης αδερφής της.
