Δημοσιεύτηκε η απόφαση του Αρείου Πάγου για τα κόκκινα δάνεια - Πώς θα υπολογίζονται οι τόκοι

Από την πλήρη ολομέλεια του Αρείου Πάγου δημοσιεύθηκε σήμερα η απόφασή της, η οποία με ισχυρή πλειοψηφία δικαίωσε τους δανειολήπτες που έχουν υπαχθεί στον νόμο Κατσέλη για τον τρόπο υπολογισμού των τόκων.

 

Σύμφωνα με την απόφαση της ολομέλειας, το πλήρες κείμενο της οποίας θα αναρτηθεί μέσα στην ημέρα στο σάιτ του Αρείου Πάγου, ο υπολογισμός των οφειλόμενων τόκων για τα κόκκινα δάνεια, θα υπολογίζεται πλέον στη μηνιαία δόση τους και όχι στο σύνολο του ποσού.

 

Ειδικότερα, η ολομέλεια αποφάσισε, με πλειοψηφία 35 υπέρ και 12 κατά, ότι ο υπολογισμός των τόκων των δανειοληπτών που έχουν υπαχθεί στον νόμο Κατσέλη, πρέπει να υπολογίζεται στη μηνιαία δόση τους και όχι στο σύνολο του δανειακού ποσού.

 

Όπως είναι γνωστό, οι εταιρείες διαχείρισης-funds επιδίωκαν ο υπολογισμός των τόκων των δανείων να γίνεται στο σύνολο του οφειλόμενου ποσού, κάτι το οποίο επιβάρυνε με σημαντικά ποσά τους δανειολήπτες.
