Εισαγγελική έρευνα για αναρτήσεις προτροπής σε βιαιοπραγίες στις συγκεντρώσεις για τα Τέμπη - Να ταυτοποιηθούν οι λογαριασμοί ζητά ο Εισαγγελέας

Την παρέμβαση του Εισαγγελέα προκάλεσαν αναρτήσεις σε social media που προτρέπουν σε βιαιοπραγίες την ημέρα των συγκεντρώσεων για τα δύο χρόνια από την πολύνεκρη τραγωδία των Τεμπών.

Ο προϊστάμενος της Εισαγγελίας Πρωτοδικών Αριστείδης Κορέας διέταξε τη διενέργεια προκαταρκτικής εξέτασης με διερευνωμενο αδίκημα αυτό της διέγερσης σε διάπραξη αξιόποινων πράξεων.

Με εντολή του Εισαγγελέα ανατέθηκε στη Δίωξη Ηλεκτρονικού Εγκλήματος να ταυτοποιήσει τους χρήστες που έκαναν τις συγκεκριμένες αναρτήσεις.
