ΕΛΣΤΑΤ: Αύξηση 5,3% στον όγκο της ιδιωτικής οικοδομικής δραστηριότητας καταγράφηκε τον Σεπτέμβριο

Αύξηση 5,3% στον όγκο της ιδιωτικής οικοδομικής δραστηριότητας καταγράφηκε τον Σεπτέμβριο εφέτος, καθώς, σύμφωνα με την ΕΛΣΤΑΤ, τον συγκεκριμένο μήνα εκδόθηκαν 2.524 οικοδομικές άδειες, που αντιστοιχούν σε 597.813 m2 επιφάνειας και 2.911.946 m3 όγκου, παρουσιάζοντας αύξηση κατά 12,9% στον αριθμό των οικοδομικών αδειών, αύξηση κατά 7,9% στην επιφάνεια και αύξηση κατά 5,3% στον όγκο, σε σχέση με τον αντίστοιχο μήνα του 2024.

 

Το 9μηνο, η ιδιωτική οικοδομική δραστηριότητα εμφανίζει στο σύνολο της χώρας μείωση κατά 6,3% στον αριθμό των οικοδομικών αδειών, μείωση κατά 13,7% στην επιφάνεια και μείωση κατά 7,1% στον όγκο, σε σχέση με την περίοδο Ιανουαρίου- Σεπτεμβρίου 2024.
