Επίσκεψη εργασίας της υπουργού Πολιτισμού Λ. Μενδώνη στο Οικουμενικό Πατριαρχείο

Επίσκεψη εργασίας στο Οικουμενικό Πατριαρχείο πραγματοποίησε χτες (31/7) η υπουργός Πολιτισμού Λίνα Μενδώνη. Όπως αναφέρει ανακοίνωση του ΥΠΠΟ, η υπουργός ενημερώθηκε για την πρόοδο των εργασιών συντήρησης οι οποίες εκτελούνται από το Ευρωπαϊκό Κέντρο Βυζαντινών και Μεταβυζαντινών Μνημείων (ΕΚΒΜΜ) στον Πατριαρχικό Ιερό Ναό του Αγίου Γεωργίου, στο Φανάρι.

 

Μετά το πέρας της κατ' ιδίαν συνάντησης της Λίνας Μενδώνη με τον Οικουμενικό Πατριάρχη Βαρθολομαίο, ξεναγήθηκαν στο άριστα ανακαινισμένο κτίριο της Πατριαρχικής Αστικής Σχολής Μαρασλή. Στη συνέχεια ενημερώθηκαν ενδελεχώς από την διευθύντρια του ΕΚΕΒΙΜ Φλώρα Καραγιάννη για την πρόοδο των εργασιών συντήρησης που εκτελούνται τόσο στο τέμπλο, όσο και στις ιερές εικόνες του Πατριαρχικού Ναού του Αγίου Γεωργίου.
