Θάνατος Γιώργου Μαζωνάκη: Εκδόθηκε το βούλευμα για την άρση απορρήτου επικοινωνιών

Ανοίγουν τα δεδομένα επικοινωνιών του Γιώργου Μαζωνάκη και των πέντε προσώπων που βρισκόταν στο ιατρείο της οδού Καρνεάδου όταν ο καλλιτέχνης κατέρρευσε, με βούλευμα του Συμβουλίου Πλημμελειοδικών.

Οι δικαστές του συμβουλίου, με θετική εισαγγελική εισήγηση, κάνουν δεκτό το αίτημα του ανακριτή της υπόθεσης και με βούλευμά τους, διατάσσουν την άρση απορρήτου των επικοινωνιών για έξι τηλέφωνα και κατασχεθέν ηλεκτρονικό υλικό. Τα κινητά που τίθενται υπό έλεγχο είναι αυτά των δύο κατηγορούμενων προσωρινά κρατουμένων γιατρών, τριών υπαλλήλων του ιατρείου, καθώς και το κινητό του Γιώργου Μαζωνάκη. Το χρονικό εύρος της άρσης, ξεκινά από 11 Ιουλίου 2026 έως και την 10η Σεπτεμβρίου 2026, επόμενη του θανάτου του καλλιτέχνη.
