Θάνατος Γιώργου Μαζωνάκη: Ολοκλήρωσε την απολογία της η κατηγορούμενη γιατρός

Επί σχεδόν οκτώ ώρες παρέμεινε στο γραφείο του Ανακριτή η γιατρός που κατηγορείται μαζί με τον σύζυγό της για τον θάνατο του Γιώργου Μαζωνάκη.

 

Η γυναίκα που της καταλογίζεται ότι κατέρρευσε στα χέρια της ο δημοφιλής καλλιτέχνης κατά τη διάρκεια ιατρικής πράξης, έδωσε πολύωρη απολογία για την κατηγορία της ανθρωποκτονίας από πρόθεση με ενδεχόμενο δόλο.

 

Η κατηγορούμενη που φέρεται να αρνείται την κατηγορία, ξεκίνησε την απολογία της γύρω στις 2 το μεσημέρι και εξήλθε του ανακριτικού γραφείου λίγο πριν τις δέκα.

 

Η διαδικασία συνεχίζεται με την απολογία του δεύτερου κατηγορούμενου που του αποδίδεται η ίδια κατηγορία με την σύζυγό του, την οποία αρνείται.

 

Μετά την ολοκλήρωση και της δεύτερης απολογίας οι δύο κατηγορούμενοι θα οδηγηθούν στον Εισαγγελέα, ώστε μετά από κοινού με τον Ανακριτή να αποφασιστεί η ποινική τους μεταχείριση.
