Θάνατος Μαζωνάκη: Ο δικηγόρος Πέτρος Πανταζής αναλαμβάνει την υπεράσπιση της γιατρού

Το δικηγορικό γραφείο "Πέτρος Ν Πανταζής και συνεργάτες" αναλαμβάνει την υπεράσπιση της προσωρινά κρατούμενης για τον θάνατο του Γιώργου Μαζωνάκη, γιατρού, σύμφωνα με δελτίο Τύπου που εξέδωσε.

 

Ο κ. Πανταζής αναφέρει στο Δελτίο Τύπου τα εξής:

 

«Η κατηγορουμένη ιατρός, κυρία Ι. Γ., δηλώνει ότι ανέθεσε στο γραφείο μας την ποινική της υπεράσπιση, αναφορικά με την υπόθεση του τραγικού θανάτου του Γ. Μαζωνάκη.

 

Για να αποφευχθούν, δε, παρανοήσεις, η κυρία Ι. Γ. διευκρινίζει ότι ουδέποτε ενέκρινε τις δημόσιες εμφανίσεις του προηγουμένου δικηγόρου, ούτε είχε ενημερωθεί εκ των προτέρων γι' αυτές, οι δε "υπερασπιστικοί ισχυρισμοί", που ειπώθηκαν δημοσίως περί της ουσίας της υποθέσεως και, μάλιστα, χωρίς να έχουν ληφθεί καν αντίγραφα της δικογραφίας, δεν αντιπροσωπεύουν την ίδια.

 

Η υπεράσπιση της κυρία Ι.Γ., με απόλυτη θεσμική προσήλωση στην μυστικότητα της ανακρίσεως και στα δικαιώματα των διαδίκων, κατηγορουμένων και παρισταμένων προς υποστήριξη της κατηγορίας, θα παραθέσει τα νομικά και πραγματικά της επιχειρήματα μόνον ενώπιον των Δικαστικών Αρχών, αποφεύγοντας κάθε δημόσια τοποθέτηση και αντιπαράθεση».
