Κατασχέθηκαν πάνω από 38 κιλά κοκαΐνης σε εμπορευματοκιβώτιο με μπανάνες, στο λιμάνι του Πειραιά

Νέο πλήγμα στα κυκλώματα διακίνησης ναρκωτικών πέτυχαν οι ελληνικές αρχές, με την κατάσχεση άνω των 38 κιλών κοκαΐνης στο λιμάνι του Πειραιά.

 

Η ποσότητα του ναρκωτικού εντοπίστηκε επιμελώς κρυμμένη μέσα σε εμπορευματοκιβώτιο με μπανάνες, έπειτα από συντονισμένη επιχείρηση της Διεύθυνσης Αντιμετώπισης Οργανωμένου Εγκλήματος, της Υποδιεύθυνσης Δίωξης Ναρκωτικών και των αρμόδιων τελωνειακών και οικονομικών αρχών.

 

Σύμφωνα με τις εκτιμήσεις, η αξία της κατασχεθείσας κοκαΐνης στην παράνομη αγορά θα μπορούσε να ξεπεράσει το ένα εκατομμύριο ευρώ.

 

Σύμφωνα με την ΕΛ.ΑΣ εντοπίστηκαν -33- αυτοσχέδιες συσκευασίες, περιέχουσες κοκαΐνη συνολικού μικτού βάρους -38- κιλών και -200- γραμμαρίων, οι οποίες είχαν επιμελώς τοποθετηθεί εντός εμπορευματοκιβωτίου, μεταξύ του ψυκτικού μηχανισμού και του εσωτερικού τοιχώματος.

 

Το εμπορευματοκιβώτιο προερχόμενο με πλοίο από χώρα του εξωτερικού με προορισμό το λιμάνι του Πειραιά, ήταν έμφορτο με -1.080- χαρτοκιβώτια με μπανάνες.
