Λάρισα: Η δίκη για το βιντεοληπτικό υλικό των Τεμπών διακόπηκε για τις 30 Οκτωβρίου

Το Μονομελές Πλημμελειοδικείο Λάρισας αποφάσισε τη διακοπή της δίκης που αφορά τη διαχείριση του βιντεοληπτικού υλικού από το δυστύχημα των Τεμπών, ορίζοντας νέα ημερομηνία συνεδρίασης για τις 30 Οκτωβρίου 2025.

 

Η απόφαση ελήφθη την Τετάρτη 15/10, μετά από εξέταση αιτήματος αναβολής που υπέβαλαν οι συνήγοροι υπεράσπισης των κατηγορουμένων, επικαλούμενοι κώλυμα παρουσίας. Το αίτημα, ωστόσο, απορρίφθηκε από την πρόεδρο του δικαστηρίου, με αποτέλεσμα η διαδικασία να διακοπεί προσωρινά και να συνεχιστεί στο τέλος του μήνα.
