Μαρινάκης: «Αξίζαμε το Conference League. Παίξαμε με ομάδες επιπέδου Champions League»

Καταιγισμό συγχαρητηρίων για τους θριάμβους του Ολυμπιακού στο Europa Conference League και στο Youth League, απέφερε η παρουσία του ιδιοκτήτη της «ερυθρόλευκης» ΠΑΕ, Βαγγέλη Μαρινάκη, στη Διεθνή Ναυτιλιακή Έκθεση «Ποσειδώνια 2024».

 

Μάλιστα ο «ισχυρός άνδρας» των Πειραιωτών μίλησε για την επιτυχία τόσο της ομάδας του, που αντιμετώπισε στο Conference League «ομάδες επιπέδου Champions League», όσο και αυτής της «ερυθρόλευκης» Κ19, ενώ στάθηκε στη σκληρή δουλειά που γίνεται στις ακαδημίες, που αποτελούν και το μέλλον των ομάδων. 

 

Αναλυτικά τα όσα δήλωσε:

 

«Η ομάδα Νέων κατέκτησε το Youth League, δηλαδή το Champions League και είναι η πρώτη φορά στην ιστορία της UEFA που μία ομάδα κατακτά και τους δύο τίτλους. 

Επομένως, νομίζω ότι ήταν ένα μεγάλο επίτευγμα, που δείχνει ότι προέρχεται από σκληρή δουλειά στις ακαδημίες. Πιστεύω ότι αυτό είναι το μέλλον των ομάδων και είναι πολύ καλό για τη χώρα.

Ήταν καλό και το αξίζαμε, παίξαμε με πολλές μεγάλες ομάδες. Την Άστον Βίλα, τη Φενέρ, τη Φιορεντίνα. Είναι ομάδες επιπέδου Champions League και τα πήγαμε καλά».
