Ξεκινά η διαπραγμάτευση των μετοχών του ΔΑΑ στο Χρηματιστήριο Αθηνών

Αρχίζει αύριο η διαπραγμάτευση των μετοχών του «Διεθνούς Αερολιμένα Αθηνών Α.Ε.» με τιμή 8,20 ευρώ ανά μετοχή η οποία είναι ίση με την τιμή διάθεσης της πρόσφατης δημόσιας προσφοράς.

H Επιτροπή Εισαγωγών και Λειτουργίας Αγορών του Χρηματιστηρίου Αθηνών, κατά τη σημερινή της συνεδρίαση, ενέκρινε την εισαγωγή του συνόλου των 300.000.000 κοινών ονομαστικών μετοχών της εταιρείας « στην Κύρια Αγορά του Χρηματιστηρίου Αθηνών.

Η πρόσφατη δημόσια εγγραφή προσέλκυσε προσφορές που ξεπέρασαν τα 8 δισ. ευρώ, υπερκαλύπτοντας το ζητούμενο ποσό κατά 12 φορές. Τα έσοδα της δημόσιας προσφοράς ανήλθαν σε 784,7 εκατ. ευρώ.
