Ο Κυρ. Μητσοτάκης στο Παρίσι στην συνάντηση της Συμμαχίας των Προθύμων για την Ουκρανία

Ο πρωθυπουργός Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης βρίσκεται στο Παρίσι, όπου συμμετείχε στη συνάντηση της Συμμαχίας των Προθύμων για την Ουκρανία, την οποία συγκάλεσε ο Γάλλος πρόεδρος Εμανουέλ Μακρόν. 

 

Ο Γάλλος πρόεδρος υποδέχθηκε τον κ. Μητσοτάκη, ενώ οι δύο ηγέτες είχαν μια σύντομη συνομιλία.

 

Όπως δήλωσε ο Γάλλος υπουργός Εξωτερικών Ζαν-Νοέλ Μπαρό στην εφημερίδα Ouest-France, η σύνοδος αυτή, σε ό,τι αφορά ειδικότερα το Ουκρανικό, έχει τριπλό στόχο: την υποστήριξη προς την Ουκρανία, «ιδιαίτερα όσον αφορά την αεράμυνα» κατά των ρωσικών βομβαρδισμών· την αυξημένη πίεση προς τη Μόσχα με «ένα 21ο πακέτο ευρωπαϊκών κυρώσεων· την «προετοιμασία για την ειρήνη στην Ουκρανία και τον καθορισμό των εγγυήσεων ασφαλείας που θα είναι απαραίτητες για την αποτροπή οποιασδήποτε περαιτέρω επιθετικότητας».

 

Οι ηγέτες επικεντρώθηκαν  επίσης στη συνεργασία στην «αεροάμυνα και την άμυνα κατά των βαλλιστικών πυραύλων», συμπεριλαμβανομένης της αδειοδοτημένης παραγωγής όπλων στην Ουκρανία, ανέφεραν κύκλοι του Ελιζέ.

 

Οι εργασίες της συνόδου φιλοξενήθηκαν στο ιστορικό Μέγαρο των Απομάχων (Hôtel des Invalides) στο κέντρο του Παρισιού, ενώ το πρόγραμμα ολοκληρώθηκε με επίσημο δείπνο που παρέθεσε ο πρόεδρος Μακρόν στο Μέγαρο των Ηλυσίων προς τιμήν των αρχηγών κρατών και κυβερνήσεων.

 

Την Τρίτη ο πρωθυπουργός θα παρακολουθήσει τη στρατιωτική παρέλαση για την εθνική γιορτή της Γαλλίας.
