Πήρε το χάλκινο μετάλλιο ο Απόλλων Σμύρνης

Ο Απόλλων Σμύρνης κατέκτησε το χάλκινο μετάλλιο στο Conference Cup, επικρατώντας του Πανιωνίου 15-13 σε έναν επεισοδιακό -όπως εξελίχθηκε- μικρό τελικό στο Ρέστειο κολυμβητήριο.

Η Ελαφρά Ταξιαρχία έκανε την ανατροπή στο καταπληκτικό για εκείνη τρίτο οκτάλεπτο (επιμέρους 6-2), ενώ λίγο πριν το φινάλε Σολανάκης και Καπετανάκης πιάστηκαν στα χέρια μέσα στην πισίνα με αποτέλεσμα να αποβληθούν.
