Ποινική δίωξη στο δράστη της άγριας δολοφονίας με θύμα 47χρονη στο Χαλάνδρι

Αντιμέτωπος με την κατηγορία της ανθρωποκτονίας εκ προθέσεως σε ήρεμη ψυχική κατάσταση καθώς και για οπλοφορία και οπλοχρησία είναι ο 28χρονος δράστης της άγριας δολοφονίας με θύμα 47χρονη γυναίκα, στο Χαλάνδρι. Ο συλληφθείς που φέρεται να αποδίδει τη θανατηφόρα επίθεση με μαχαίρι σε βάρος της γυναίκας, σε αρνητικά σχόλια που έκανε το θύμα για τον ίδιο, οδηγήθηκε στον Εισαγγελέα. Μετά την άσκηση δίωξης σε βάρος του, ο κατηγορούμενος παραπέμφθηκε σε Ανακριτή ενώπιον του οποίου θα κληθεί να απολογηθεί.

 

Η γυναίκα δέχθηκε πολλαπλές μαχαιριές, με πληροφορίες να αναφέρουν ότι στη σορό της εντοπίζονται πάνω από δέκα σοβαρά τραύματα. Δράστης και θύμα φαίνεται να είχαν γνωριστεί σε συσσίτια απόρων της εκκλησίας και να είχαν φιλική σχέση.
