Προκρίθηκε στα προημιτελικά του Barcelona Open ο Στέφανος Τσιτσιπάς

Ο Σεμπάστιαν Κόρντα του έβαλε δύσκολα, αλλά ο Στέφανος Τσιτσιπάς βρήκε τις λύσεις, επικράτησε με 2-0 σετ (7-6(4), 6-4) και προκρίθηκε στα προημιτελικά του Barcelona Open.

 

Ο Έλληνας πρωταθλητής πήρε τη ρεβάνς από τον Αμερικανό τενίστα, ο οποίος τον είχε κερδίσει στο Miami Open. Ο Τσιτσιπάς χρειάστηκε 97 λεπτά για να κάμψει την αντίσταση του αντιπάλου του και να προκριθεί για έκτη φορά σε 7 συμμετοχές στους «8» του «500αριού» της Βαρκελώνης.
