Πρόκριση στο διπλό για τα αδέρφια Τσιτσιπά

Χρειάστηκε να κάνουν την ανατροπή για να προκριθούν στον 2ο γύρο του στο διπλό, στο Masters του Μόντε Κάρλο, ο Πέτρος και Στέφανος Τσιτσιπάς. Τ΄ αδέλφια επικράτησαν των Αμερικανών Κρίστιαν Χάρισον και Έβαν Κινγκ με 4-6, 7-6(7), 10-8, με τον αγώνα να διαρκεί 1 ώρα και 55 λεπτά. Έτσι έβαλαν τέλος στο αρνητικό σερί τους, καθώς μετρούσαν τέσσερις διαδοχικές ήττες από τον περασμένο Ιούλιο.

 

Αυτή είναι η τέταρτη πρόκριση στον δεύτερο γύρο του Monte-Carlo Masters 1000 για τους αδελφούς Τσιτσιπά. 

 

Πάντως, δεν έχουν καταφέρει ποτέ να πετύχουν δύο συνεχόμενες νίκες στο Μόντε Κάρλο. 

 

Επόμενοι αντίπαλοί τους είναι οι Βρετανοί Γκλάσπουλ/Κας.
