Πρώτος και καλύτερος ο Άρης, υπέταξε 3-1 τον Λεβαδειακό

Την ξέφρενη κούρσα του στην φετινή SuperLeagueσυνέχισε απτόητος ο Άρης ξεπερνώντας άνετα με 3-1 το εμπόδιο του Λεβαδειακού στο «Κλεάνθης Βικελίδης» κι έτσι παρέμεινε μόνος στο ρετιρέ με 21 πόντους μετά την ολοκλήρωση της 10ης αγωνιστικής. Εξέλιξη, που έχει να συμβεί από την μακρινή σεζόν 1979-80!

 Μέσα σε πολύ όμορφη ατμόσφαιρα, οι παίκτες του Άκη Μάντζιου  ξεκίνησαν πολύ επιθετικά το ματς και μόλις στο 9’ άνοιξαν το σκορ. Μετά από σέντρα του Μάγιο ο Σουλεϊμάνοφ με ωραία κεφαλιά έγραψε το 1-0. Ο Λεβαδειακός έβγαλε αντίδραση και στο 30’ έφτασε στην ισοφάριση με κοντινή προβολή του Ζίνι. Ο Άρης όμως δεν πτοήθηκε και στο 33΄πήρε εκ νέου προβάδισμα στο σκορ. Ο Μόντσου με μία απίθανη απευθείας εκτέλεση νίκησε τον Γκροφ και έδωσε με εκπληκτικό τρόπο και πάλι το προβάδισμα στην ομάδα του. Οι γηπεδούχοι κεφαλαιοποίησαν την νίκη τους στο 62΄όταν ο Μόντσου κέρδισε πέναλτι  από τον Συμελίδη και ο Μορόν που ανέλαβε  την εκτέλεσή του, αποδείχθηκε ψύχραιμος γράφοντας το 3-1.
