Ρωσία: Φράγμα έσπασε στην πόλη Ορσκ - Εκκένωση της περιοχής

Ένα φράγμα έσπασε σήμερα στην πόλη Ορσκ της Ρωσίας και είναι σε εξέλιξη η εκκένωση της περιοχής, μετέδωσε το ρωσικό πρακτορείο Tass, επικαλούμενο τις υπηρεσίες έκτακτης ανάγκης.

Η ορεινή περιοχή Όρενμπουργκ των Ουραλίων, στην οποία βρίσκεται το Ορσκ, πλήττεται από πλημμύρες τις τελευταίες ημέρες.

Το Tass ανέφερε, επικαλούμενο το υπουργείο Εκτάκτων Καταστάσεων, ότι 4.000 σπίτια στα οποία διαμένουν 10.000 άνθρωποι, σε ένα προάστιο του Ορσκ, μπορεί να πλημμυρίσουν. Το Ορσκ έχει πληθυσμό περίπου 230.000 κατοίκων.

Οι τοπικές υπηρεσίες έκτακτης ανάγκης σε ανακοίνωσή τους διαβεβαίωσαν ότι εργάζονται για να απομακρύνουν τους κατοίκους και να αποκαταστήσουν το φράγμα. Ρωσικά μέσα ενημέρωσης μετέδωσαν ότι οι αρχές έχουν δημιουργήσει έξι σημεία εκκένωσης για τους πληγέντες. Το Ορσκ, πάνω στα σύνορα με το Καζακστάν, απέχει 1.800 χιλιόμετρα από τη Μόσχα.

Μη επαληθευμένα πλάνα που αναρτήθηκαν στην εφαρμογή Telegram φαίνεται να δείχνουν νερό να αναβλύζει μέσα από μια ρωγμή σε ένα χαμηλό γεώφραγμα.

Η περιοχή του Όρενμπουργκ κηρύχθηκε σε κατάσταση έκτακτης ανάγκης.
