Στη φυλακή, μετά την απολογία του, ο ενοικιαστής της "γιάφκας" στο Παγκράτι

Στη φυλακή οδηγείται ο 49χρονος ενοικιαστής της αποθήκης- γιάφκας όπου εντοπίστηκαν όπλα και πυρομαχικά στο Παγκράτι, μετά την απολογία του για βαριές κατηγορίες.

 

Ο κατηγορούμενος βαρύνεται με δύο αδικήματα σε βαθμό κακουργήματος που αφορούν παράνομη κατοχή χειροβομβίδων, όπλων  κλπ με σκοπό τη διάθεση για διάπραξη κακουργήματος και κατοχή  εκρηκτικών υλών  από τις οποίες μπορεί να προκύψει κίνδυνος για άνθρωπο. Επίσης κατηγορείται για το πλημμέλημα της παράνομης κατοχής όπλων.

 

Μετά την ολοκλήρωσης της απολογίας του, ανακριτής και εισαγγελέας έκριναν προσωρινά κρατούμενο τον 49χρονο ο οποίος φαίνεται να μην έχει απασχολήσει στο παρελθόν τις αρχές.
