Σύμβαση 717: Ελεύθερος με εγγύηση 900 χιλιάδων ευρώ μετά την απολογία του ο ένατος κατηγορούμενος από την ΕΡΓΟΣΕ

Με την επιβολή χρηματικής εγγύησης ύψους 900 χιλιάδων ευρώ αποχώρησε ελεύθερος από το γραφείο της Ευρωπαίας Ανακρίτριας ακόμη ένα υψηλόβαθμο στέλεχος της ΕΡΓΟΣΕ που απολογήθηκε για την μη ολοκλήρωση των κρίσιμων έργων για τον σιδηρόδρομο της σύμβασης 717.

Ο ένατος κατηγορούμενος από την ΕΡΓΟΣΕ που προσήλθε ενώπιον της δικαστικής λειτουργού σε απολογία για βαριές κατηγορίες που αφορούν το έργο για την ασφάλεια του σιδηροδρομικού δικτύου , αφέθηκε ελεύθερος με την σύμφωνη γνώμη της δικαστικής λειτουργού και της Ευρωπαίας Εντεταλμένης Εισαγγελέα με την υποχρέωση καταβολής , εντός συγκεκριμένου χρονικού ορίου, 900 χιλιάδων ευρώ καθώς και τον περιοριστικό όρο της απαγόρευσης εξόδου από την χώρα.
