Τηλεφωνικές επικοινωνίες Κυρ. Μητσοτάκη με τον πρόεδρο του Λιβάνου και τον πρωθυπουργό του Ισραήλ

Ο πρωθυπουργός Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης είχε απόψε τηλεφωνικές επικοινωνίες με τον πρόεδρο του Λιβάνου Ζοζέφ Αούν και τον πρωθυπουργό του Ισραήλ Μπενιαμίν Νετανιάχου, στη διάρκεια των οποίων ενημερώθηκε για τις τελευταίες εξελίξεις στον Λίβανο και εξέφρασε την ικανοποίησή του για την επίτευξη δεκαήμερης εκεχειρίας ανάμεσα στις δύο χώρες.

 

Ο Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης υπογράμμισε την ανάγκη η κυβέρνηση του Λιβάνου να ασκεί πλήρως κυριαρχία σε όλα τα εδάφη της χώρας.

 

Επεσήμανε ότι η Ελλάδα διατηρεί στρατηγική σχέση με το Ισραήλ και εξαιρετικές σχέσεις με τον Λίβανο, εκφράζοντας παράλληλα την ετοιμότητα της χώρας μας να συνδράμει όπου απαιτηθεί.

 

Τέλος, τόνισε τη σημασία της διατήρησης της εκεχειρίας για τη σταθερότητα και την ειρήνη στην ευρύτερη περιοχή.
