Mεγάλη ζήτηση για το νέο 10ετές ομόλογο - Ξεπέρασαν τα 35 δισ. ευρώ οι προσφορές

Με μεγάλη υπερκάλυψη ολοκληρώθηκε πριν απο λίγο η πρώτη έξοδος του ελληνικού Δημοσίου στις αγορές με την κοινοπρακτική έκδοση 10ετούς ομολόγου.

Το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο θα αντλήσει 4 δισ. ευρώ καθώς οι προσφορές που υπεβλήθησαν στο βιβλίο προσφορών ξεπέρασαν τα 35 δισ. ευρώ.

To κουπόνι (επιτόκιο) του νέου 10ετούς ομολόγου διαμορφώθηκε πέριξ του 3,4% - 3,5% (η επίσημη ανακοίνωση των αναδόχων στο Χρηματιστήριο αναφέρει MS+80 μονάδες βάσης).

Με την έκδοση αυτή το ελληνικό Δημόσιο καλύπτει περίπου το 40% του δανειακού του προγράμματος για φέτος το οποίο όπως έχει ανακοινωθεί από τον Οργανισμό Διαχείρισης Δημοσίου Χρέους θα κυμανθεί στα 10 δισ. ευρώ.

Σύμφωνα με τον Οργανισμό Διαχείρισης Δημοσίου Χρέους (ΟΔΔΗΧ) οι καθαρές χρηματοδοτικές ανάγκες εφέτος ανέρχονται σε 5,4 δισ. ευρώ και οι πληρωμές τόκων σε 4,85 δισ. ευρώ.

Σημειώνεται ότι η συγκεκριμένη έκδοση αποτελεί στην ουσία την πρώτη μεγάλη δανειακή πράξη του ελληνικού Δημοσίου μετά την αναβάθμιση της πιστοληπτικής του ικανότητας στην επενδυτική βαθμίδα από τους οίκους Αξιολόγησης.

Την έκδοση του νέου 10ετούς ομολόγου έχουν αναλάβει οι τράπεζες Alpha Bank, Barclays, Citi, Commerzbank, Nomura και Societe General.
