Aποκλεισμός με το...καλημέρα για Σάκκαρη

Με ένα κερδισμένο γκέιμ στα εννέα, από τα μέσα του πρώτου ως τα μέσα του δεύτερου σετ, η Μαρία Σάκκαρη ηττήθηκε από τη Βικτόρια Αζαρένκα με 2-0 και αποκλείστηκε από το πρώτο παιχνίδι της στο τουρνουά του Βερολίνου.

 

Η Ελληνίδα τενίστρια προηγήθηκε 3-2 στο ξεκίνημα, μετά από πέντε πολύ «κλειστά» γκέιμ, αλλά στη συνέχεια «προδόθηκε» από το σερβίς της, έχασε το πρώτο σετ με 6-4 και βρέθηκε πίσω 4-0 στο δεύτερο, με συνέπεια να γνωρίσει την ήττα από τη Λευκορωσίδα 6-4, 6-2 και αποχαιρέτησε πρόωρα το τουρνουά της γερμανικής πρωτεύουσας.
