Ξανά ατομικό ο Φαμπιάνο στον Άρη

Στην προπόνηση του Άρη τη Δευτέρα στο Δασυγένειο πρώτα έγινε ανάλυση του παιχνιδιού με την ΑΕΚ και, στη συνέχεια, οι «κίτρινοι» χωρίστηκαν σε δύο γκρουπ.

 

Το πρώτο ακολούθησε πρόγραμμα ενεργητικής αποκατάστασης, ενώ το δεύτερο γκρουπ, μετά την ενεργοποίηση, δούλεψε, ενόψει της αναμέτρησης με τον Asteras AKTOR για τη League Phase του Superbet Κύπελλο Ελλάδος την ερχόμενη Πέμπτη τακτικά σε φάση άμυνας κι επίθεσης κι ολοκλήρωσε με αγωνιστικό παιχνίδι.

 

 

 

 

Ο Φαμπιάνο Λέισμαν ξεκίνησε να ανεβάζει ρυθμό, αλλά ακολούθησε ξανά ατομικό.

 

Για την Τρίτη, έχει προγραμματιστεί ξανά απογευματινή προπόνηση στο Δασυγένειο.
