Ατομικό πρόγραμμα ο Πέλκας στον ΠΑΟΚ

Ο ΠΑΟΚ έκανε προπόνηση στη Νέα Μεσημβρία το πρωί και δούλεψε σε όλους τους τομείς.

 

Ο «Δικέφαλος» του Βορρά ξεκίνησε με προθέρμανση και παιχνίδια κατοχής, ακολούθησαν ασκήσεις τακτικής, παιχνίδι υψηλής έντασης σε μικρό χώρο και στο φινάλε ασκήσεις φυσικής κατάστασης.

Ο Δημήτρης Πέλκας έκανε ατομικό πρόγραμμα στο γήπεδο, ενώ οι Γίρι Παβλένκα και Φιόντορ Τσάλοφ υποβλήθηκαν σε θεραπεία.
